Sandra and her team have been excellent over the 2+ years they have cared for our 91 year old mum who suffers with dementia. As well as mum being well cared for and happy , it has helped us siblings tremendously , as 24 hour care is very wearing. Person centred care at its very best. Arundale are extremely professional and ‘Sandra’ goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. I instructed Arundale to provide a live in care for my elderly mum who is almost 90 and just come out hospital after an operation. Since the first day I have had peace of mind knowing that mum was in safe hands. My mother’s health has improved drastically due to the impeccable all round care provided by Arundale. Finally I am able to do things that I had put on hold for so long without worrying about mum. My husband is being cared for by this company and I can only say they go the extra mile in everything they do, nothing is too much trouble from the staff to the management. Arundale has looked after my husband extremely well for about 2 years, caring for his serious ill-health, his comfort and all the things he needed to made him happy - TV, chat, jokes, putting together all the things he ordered from Amazon. They were reliable, never missed a visit. Sadly my husband died 9th December 2023, but Arundale were around much of the time to help us get through that difficult time. I recommend Arundale to anyone who needs competant, very caring and cheerful carers who are very aware of the medical care needed for every one of the patients they look after. The staff at Arundale Care are second to none. Two carers looked after my Dad and I honestly couldn’t fault them. He had the same 2 carers, so had those familiar faces every day in his most vulnerable time. They completely allayed any fears I had about my dad being taken care of, they couldn’t do any more and went over and above. It’s a true vocation for Arundale and they became part of the family. I can’t thank Sandra and the team enough for making dad’s care the best it possibly could have been.
