PERSONAL CARE
We provide a person-centered package of personal care ensuring all your needs are carried out to the standard you require. Whilst promoting independence wherever possible Arundale Care ensures dignity is maintained at all times.
MEAL PREPARATION
If assistance is needed with meal/fluid preparation – This can be included in your package or be the sole task in your package. We will build a care plan to your exact needs, including your likes and dislikes. Care Workers will always offer choices, to ensure your dietary and nutritional needs are fully met.
RESPITE CARE (SHORT BREAKS)
We understand that care needs can change, and sometimes you need additional support in an emergency or so that your carer can take a break.We can provide Homecare Workers for a short break to allow the Service User’s family and carers to go on holiday.
DEMENTIA CARE
Our team have undertaken a number of dementia/ Alzheimer’s courses to ensure we are equipped with the skills and resources to care and support your loved one who is dealing with Dementia/ Alzheimer’s.
MEDICATION
Our care workers our trained and monitored to provide efficient medication administration. Medication is very important and is taken seriously by Arundale Care. Medication administration is monitored daily by our electronic MARS (Medication administration record sheets).
SHOPPING
Need help with shopping? At Arundale Care we can relieve service users and their loved ones from the worry of doing the shopping. We can set up your care package to include daily or weekly shops to ensure you always have what you need, when you need it.
DOMESTIC
We understand that people receiving care may be unable to complete daily or weekly domestic tasks as they used to and need help. We are able to offer domestic cleaning and laundry as part of your package or solely.
OUT AND ABOUT
We understand that some service users have lost confidence to go out on their own. They may not feel safe to go out and do the shopping, go to doctor or hospital appointments due to their mobility. Our out and about service is designed to assist service users outside of their homes.

We understand that service users receiving care may be unable to complete daily or weekly domestic tasks as they used to and need help. We are able to offer domestic cleaning and laundry as part of your package to ensure your environment.
CARE STAFF
Our Care Workers are qualified and trained to Care Certificate standard. Care Workers receive ongoing training which is carried out throughout the year to ensure that their skills are current and up to date.
